Privacy
We process the information needed to run Maestira: account details, the work a business records (bookings, client records, payments and linked files) and the details a client gives when booking.
A business’s records are visible only to the people that business gives access to. We do not sell personal information.
You can download your data or delete your account from Settings, or write to [email protected] to ask for a copy, a correction or deletion.
Terms summary
Maestira is booking and business management software for independent professionals, studios and salons. A booking is with the business; the business provides the service and sets its own prices and cancellation rules.
Maestira costs €29 per month and Maestira AI €49 per month, plus VAT, with €9 per month for each additional professional clients can book. Details are on the pricing page.
The 60-day trial needs no card and has no automatic charge. It starts only when you choose to start taking real bookings in Maestira. There is no free plan.
Maestira takes no commission on your bookings. Email confirmations and reminders are included; SMS, WhatsApp and Maestira AI usage are paid separately.
Early-access requests
If you ask for early access, we store your email address and the optional details you choose to give about your work. We use them only to contact you about access. A request is not a newsletter subscription and does not start a trial.
To change or delete your request, write to [email protected] from the address you used.
