Keep the first appointment and every touch-up connected.
Permanent makeup is a first appointment and the touch-ups that follow it, sometimes months apart. Maestira links each touch-up to the original work, keeps your notes and optional photos private on the client's record, and either includes the first touch-up in the original price or prices it as its own appointment, your choice.

Related visits, private records, clear money.
Related visits
A touch-up is linked to the first appointment it belongs to. The record reads in order, and a later color refresh links the same way.
Notes in your own fields
Technique, pigment, what you would change: written by you, in fields you choose, shown at the next booking and at the visit.
Optional private photos
Before and after, linked to the visit, visible to the people in your business you allow. Your portfolio is a separate set you publish on purpose, with the appropriate permission.
Consultation first
Mark first appointments as bookable only after a consultation; let touch-ups be requests you confirm. Per service.
Payment and deposit records
A deposit per service, paid online where you have connected online payments or recorded when paid in person, and applied to the price when you finish. A payment at the chair is recorded in one step.
What you record is your own professional note. Maestira does not set touch-up timing, decide eligibility or describe results.
Services, durations and booking modes
Example services with durations and prices. A starting point you change, not a recommendation. Your services, durations and prices are your own; a client only ever sees what you set.
Booking example: A touch-up request arrives linked to the first appointment it belongs to. If the first work was done elsewhere, it is booked as a correction after a consultation, because there is no record of yours to link it to.
Your own studio, a room in a salon, or a PMU studio.
Your own studio
Your calendar, your records, your photos. Deposits and payments in your own workspace.
For independent professionals →A room rented in a beauty salon
The rent you owe is recorded in your workspace, and the salon sees only what you share. Being recorded with your rent in a salon's Maestira does not expose your client records to it.
For rental studios →A PMU studio with several artists
Who did the first work is on the record, touch-ups can go to the same artist or another one you authorize, and each appointment is traceable to the artist who did it.
How each line is calculated: team and rental settlements.
For salons and studios →Bring your clients and upcoming appointments.
Import from a spreadsheet or an export, match the columns, check the preview and start on a day you choose. Nothing is saved until you confirm, and the import sends no message to your clients. Imported upcoming appointments get Maestira email reminders from your switch day, not before, so clients are not reminded by two tools.
Usually comes across
- Clients
- Services
- Upcoming appointments
Depends on your source
- Notes, photos and documents your business is allowed to keep
- The link between a first appointment and its touch-ups, if your export has it
Where the export says which first appointment a touch-up belongs to, the link is kept. Where it does not, the touch-up arrives unlinked and flagged, and you link it or leave it. Maestira never guesses which work a touch-up belongs to.
How import, the preview and the switch day work: move your clients and bookings over.
Sixty days to decide. A clear price after.
What you pay depends only on your plan and how many people clients can book. Maestira is €29 per month + VAT, and the base price includes one bookable professional: you, or the first person on your own team whom clients can book. Each additional professional clients can book adds €9 per month. Receptionists and administrators who are not booked for services, rooms and equipment are not counted.
Maestira AI will be €49 for the first professional and €9 for each additional one, once its usage terms are published; it is not sold yet.
The 60-day trial covers Maestira without AI. No card, no automatic charge. It starts only when you choose to start taking real bookings in Maestira, not when you sign up, set up or import.
Email confirmations and reminders are included. SMS and WhatsApp are paid from a separate balance with the rate shown before you send. Maestira takes no commission on your bookings.
Full pricing with team examples on the pricing page.
Questions
Can touch-ups link to the original work?
Yes. A touch-up is booked against the first appointment it belongs to, and the client's record shows both in order with the notes, photos and payments of each.
Can the first touch-up be included in the price?
Yes, or priced on its own. A first appointment and a touch-up are separate services with their own duration, deposit and booking mode, and the touch-up can carry its own price or none.
Who sees the photos?
The people in your business you give access to. A client's photos are never published by themselves. If you work in a salon that uses Maestira, your own business's records are not exposed to it.
Can I offer other specialties?
Yes. Brows, lashes or makeup can be on the same menu with their own durations and rules, in one workspace.

Client photos: the three permissions people collapse into one
Agreeing to be photographed, agreeing to be posted, and agreeing to be kept are separate things. Which matters most on the day someone asks you to take a picture down.
The consultation form: what it is actually for, and how a signed one can work against you
Most consultation forms are copied from somewhere and filed unread. The three separate jobs the sheet is doing, why a signature is weaker protection than people assume, and what earns its place on the page.
Deposits and no-shows: how prepayment changes behaviour, and why
A no-show costs more than the service, because what is lost is the slot. But a deposit only fixes one of the four reasons people fail to turn up — and introduced in the wrong order it punishes your best clients.
