Bring sessions, equipment and client history together.
A body service is an area, a room, a device and often one visit of several. Maestira books all four as one appointment, keeps the visits of a plan linked, and keeps a prepaid package separate from the plan it pays for. It works the same for device-based body treatments.

The third visit, next to the first two.
A returning client is booked for an area-specific session. The appointment reserves the room and the device, the plan shows where she is, and the package pays for it.

- You, the room and the device are all available
The area is a variant with its own time. The times offered are the ones where you, the room and the device are all available.

Areas, equipment and sequences, booked as one thing.
Areas and variants
One service, several areas as variants, each with its own duration and price. The visit records which area it covered, so history is per area.
Resources
Rooms and devices are resources reserved by the appointment together with your time. A device shared by several services has one calendar; it cannot be booked twice at once.
Sessions
A session plan links related visits in order, whoever performs each one. Where the client is in the sequence is visible at the next booking.
Optional private materials
A note and an optional photo per visit, stored once, linked to the visit and private to your business. Portfolio publication is a separate, explicit action.
Packages, distinct from plans
A package is a prepaid balance with consumed and remaining visits or value. A plan is the sequence of work. A plan can be paid per visit or from a package, and the finish step shows which.
Maestira keeps the record; the decisions are yours. It does not set protocols or device parameters, decide eligibility or predict results.
Services, durations and booking modes
Example services with durations and prices. A starting point you change, not a recommendation. Your services, durations and prices are your own; a client only ever sees what you set.
Booking example: The abdomen and thigh variants of the RF session both need Room 1 and Device B, so the client sees only times when both are available along with you. Pressotherapy needs a different device and can run in parallel in another room.
A provider with one device, or a studio with four rooms.
Your own practice, own or rented room
Your calendar, your plans, your device. If you rent a room with equipment by the hour, what you owe is recorded in your workspace; the studio does not need to join.
For independent professionals →A studio with a team sharing rooms and devices
Resources shared across the team, a plan that continues whoever performs the next visit, and earnings per visit calculated from the work and the agreed rule.
How each line is calculated: team and rental settlements.
For salons and studios →A studio renting rooms with equipment
Rooms and devices rented by time, occupancy visible, rental terms per professional. Renters run their own business and are not counted in your price.
For rental studios →Bring your clients and upcoming appointments.
Import from a spreadsheet or an export, match the columns, check the preview and start on a day you choose. Nothing is saved until you confirm, and the import sends no message to your clients. Imported upcoming appointments get Maestira email reminders from your switch day, not before, so clients are not reminded by two tools.
Usually comes across
- Clients
- Services with durations and prices
- Upcoming appointments with their professional
- Team members
Depends on your source
- Rooms and devices, matched to yours or created from the list
- Plan relationships, if your export links visits
- Package balances, as opening balances for review
- The photos and documents your business is allowed to keep
A remaining package balance from your old tool arrives as an opening balance marked unverified, with its source and date, until you confirm it in the client card. An imported balance is not counted as earned work by itself; a session delivered from it after the switch is counted under your package rule.
How import, the preview and the switch day work: move your clients and bookings over.
Sixty days to decide. A clear price after.
What you pay depends only on your plan and how many people clients can book. Maestira is €29 per month + VAT, and the base price includes one bookable professional: you, or the first person on your own team whom clients can book. Each additional professional clients can book adds €9 per month. Receptionists and administrators who are not booked for services, rooms and equipment are not counted.
Maestira AI will be €49 for the first professional and €9 for each additional one, once its usage terms are published; it is not sold yet.
The 60-day trial covers Maestira without AI. No card, no automatic charge. It starts only when you choose to start taking real bookings in Maestira, not when you sign up, set up or import.
Email confirmations and reminders are included. SMS and WhatsApp are paid from a separate balance with the rate shown before you send. Maestira takes no commission on your bookings.

Questions
Can several services share an apparatus?
Yes. A device is one resource with one calendar. Any service that needs it reserves it, so two of them cannot overlap, and a service can need a room and a device at the same time.
Can I track areas?
Yes. Areas are variants of a service, each with its own duration and price. Every visit records its area, and a client's history can be read per area.
Is a session plan the same as a prepaid package?
No. A plan is a sequence of related visits. A package is a prepaid balance with remaining visits or value. A plan can be paid per visit or consume from a package, and both are visible when you finish a visit.
Can different team members handle visits?
Yes. Each visit has its own professional, and the plan stays with the client and your business. Who can read the plan's notes follows the permissions you set.

The consultation form: what it is actually for, and how a signed one can work against you
Most consultation forms are copied from somewhere and filed unread. The three separate jobs the sheet is doing, why a signature is weaker protection than people assume, and what earns its place on the page.
Client photos: the three permissions people collapse into one
Agreeing to be photographed, agreeing to be posted, and agreeing to be kept are separate things. Which matters most on the day someone asks you to take a picture down.
Deposits and no-shows: how prepayment changes behaviour, and why
A no-show costs more than the service, because what is lost is the slot. But a deposit only fixes one of the four reasons people fail to turn up — and introduced in the wrong order it punishes your best clients.
