Keep every fill connected to the work before it.
A fill only makes sense next to the set it builds on. Maestira books initial sets and fills with different rules, shows the previous curl, length and map when the client is in the chair, and books the next visit from the finished one.

A returning client books a fill. At the visit, her previous parameters are on her card as you wrote them. Then the next visit is booked from this one.

Service variants with their own rules
A full set, a fill and a removal are separate services. Each has its own duration, price and booking mode: a fill can be direct, a first set a request you confirm, a fill on someone else's work a request with a photo.
Previous parameters on the card
Curl, length, thickness, map, in the fields you choose. Written by you, shown to you at the next booking and at the visit, scoped to your business.
Optional photo references
A photo of the set, linked to the visit and private. Nothing goes into your portfolio unless you put it there.
Forms once, not every time
A form attached to a service is filled once and kept on the client's card. A client whose form is missing shows up in your unfinished work before the visit, not during it.
Fill rules she sees first
Your cancellation and deposit rules, stated plainly before she books, and they can differ for full sets and fills.
Services, durations and booking modes
Example services with durations and prices. A starting point you change, not a recommendation. Your services, durations and prices are your own; a client only ever sees what you set.
Booking example: A client you have never seen asks for a fill. “Fill on a set from elsewhere” is a request with a photo, so you see her message and the picture first, then confirm, propose a full set instead, or offer a consultation. Nothing is in your calendar until you decide.
One bed, or a studio with four.
Your own room, or a rented one
Your calendar, your clients, your parameters. If you rent a room in a salon, the rent you owe is recorded in your workspace; the salon does not need to join.
For independent professionals →A lash studio with several artists
Beds as resources, services assigned to the artists who offer them, and every set and fill traceable to the artist who did it.
How each line is calculated: team and rental settlements.
For salons and studios →Two specialties under one roof
Lashes and brows are often one business. Add brow services to the same workspace with their own durations and rules.
Brow artists →Bring your clients and upcoming appointments.
Import from a spreadsheet or an export, match the columns, check the preview and start on a day you choose. Nothing is saved until you confirm, and the import sends no message to your clients. Imported upcoming appointments get Maestira email reminders from your switch day, not before, so clients are not reminded by two tools.
Usually comes across
- Clients with contact details
- Services with durations and prices
- Upcoming appointments
Depends on your source
- Previous parameters, if your export has them as fields or notes
- The photos and documents your business is allowed to keep
- Whether a form was filled
If your export has a note but no separate parameter fields, the note comes in as a note. The parameter fields stay empty and are shown as “not recorded”; Maestira does not fill them in from a guess.
How import, the preview and the switch day work: move your clients and bookings over.
Sixty days to decide. A clear price after.
What you pay depends only on your plan and how many people clients can book. Maestira is €29 per month + VAT, and the base price includes one bookable professional: you, or the first person on your own team whom clients can book. Each additional professional clients can book adds €9 per month. Receptionists and administrators who are not booked for services, rooms and equipment are not counted.
Maestira AI will be €49 for the first professional and €9 for each additional one, once its usage terms are published; it is not sold yet.
The 60-day trial covers Maestira without AI. No card, no automatic charge. It starts only when you choose to start taking real bookings in Maestira, not when you sign up, set up or import.
Email confirmations and reminders are included. SMS and WhatsApp are paid from a separate balance with the rate shown before you send. Maestira takes no commission on your bookings.

Questions
Can initial sets and fills have different rules?
Yes. They are separate services with their own duration, price and booking mode. A fill can be a direct booking while a first set is a request you confirm, and a fill on work done elsewhere can require a photo first.
Can I review previous notes?
Yes. The card opens from the booking and shows the parameters, notes, photos and forms from your own business, as you wrote them. Records from another studio you worked in stay there.
Can a new client request a consultation?
Yes. Set a service to “after a consultation” and the booking page offers the consultation before it; you book the set after it.
Can a fill have its own cancellation rule?
Yes. Your cancellation and deposit rules are shown before she books and can differ by service. A deposit is paid online where you have connected online payments, or recorded when she pays in person.
Are reminders included?
Email confirmations and reminders are included on every plan and during the trial. SMS and WhatsApp are paid from a separate balance with the rate shown before you send, and the trial includes no SMS or WhatsApp credits.

Patch tests: whose rule it actually is, and why a waiver will not help
The answer to "do I need to patch test" is not yours to give and not the client’s to waive. Where the requirement really comes from, what it has to do with your insurance, and what a signed refusal does and does not do.
Deposits and no-shows: how prepayment changes behaviour, and why
A no-show costs more than the service, because what is lost is the slot. But a deposit only fixes one of the four reasons people fail to turn up — and introduced in the wrong order it punishes your best clients.
Client records: what to write down so the result is repeatable six weeks later
Memory copes while the list is short. After that comes "remind me what we did last time" — a small phrase that quietly turns you into any other professional she could book.
