Keep a busy appointment book easy to manage.
Fifteen- to forty-five-minute visits, cut-and-beard combinations and regulars who come back every few weeks. Maestira keeps the day readable on a phone, lets a client pick their barber or the next available one, and makes rebooking part of finishing the visit.

Rebook from the finished visit. The same barber, or any.
Short visits, kept short.
Slots that match the service
A fifteen-minute beard trim takes fifteen minutes in the calendar. Each service has its own duration and price; the day shows the real gaps.
Combinations with one time
“Skin fade + beard trim” can be one combined service with its own duration and price, or two services the client adds to one appointment. Either way the client sees one total and one block of time.
Chosen or any available barber
Per service, the client picks a barber or “any available”. The booking lands on a barber who offers that service and is available at that time, and you can move it to another chair.
Regulars on one card
Last visit, usual cut, a note from the chair, how he paid. Scoped to your shop, open from the booking, and used to rebook in the same step as finishing.
A clear workday on a phone
Day view per chair, walk-ins added by hand, done and paid recorded where you stand. A walk-in counts in reports and settlements like any booking.
Services, durations and booking modes
Example services with durations and prices. A starting point you change, not a recommendation. Your services, durations and prices are your own; a client only ever sees what you set.
Booking example: A client who picks “Skin fade + beard trim” and “Any available barber” sees the next open 55-minute slots across every barber who offers it. The booking lands on one barber's column, and you can move it.
One chair, or three with different deals.
Your own chair
Your book, your regulars, your payments, whether the chair is yours or rented. Chair rent you owe is recorded in your workspace.
For independent professionals →A barbershop with a team
Barbers on commission or a fixed share, one shared day, earnings per barber calculated from each cut and the agreed rule. Every barber sees their own cuts and the share behind them.
How each line is calculated: team and rental settlements.
For salons and studios →A shop that rents chairs
A chair rented by the week or the day, its occupancy and what is paid or outstanding. A barber renting a chair is recorded with their rent and payments, not as a paid professional.
For rental studios →Bring your clients and upcoming appointments.
Import from a spreadsheet or an export, match the columns, check the preview and start on a day you choose. Nothing is saved until you confirm, and the import sends no message to your clients. Imported upcoming appointments get Maestira email reminders from your switch day, not before, so clients are not reminded by two tools.
Usually comes across
- Menu with durations and prices
- Barbers and chairs
- Regular clients with phone numbers
- Upcoming appointments with their barber
Depends on your source
- Visit history
- A client’s “usual” as a note
- Walk-in history (most tools do not export it)
A barbershop's export is often names and phone numbers, nothing more. That is enough to start: a regular who books again with the same number is matched to his card, and possible duplicates are shown to you before anything is saved.
How import, the preview and the switch day work: move your clients and bookings over.
Sixty days to decide. A clear price after.
What you pay depends only on your plan and how many people clients can book. Maestira is €29 per month + VAT, and the base price includes one bookable professional: you, or the first person on your own team whom clients can book. Each additional professional clients can book adds €9 per month. Receptionists and administrators who are not booked for services, rooms and equipment are not counted.
Maestira AI will be €49 for the first professional and €9 for each additional one, once its usage terms are published; it is not sold yet.
The 60-day trial covers Maestira without AI. No card, no automatic charge. It starts only when you choose to start taking real bookings in Maestira, not when you sign up, set up or import.
Email confirmations and reminders are included. SMS and WhatsApp are paid from a separate balance with the rate shown before you send. Maestira takes no commission on your bookings.
Full pricing with team examples on the pricing page.
Questions
Can clients choose a barber?
Yes. Per service, the client picks a barber from those who offer it, and the choice stays on the booking and in the confirmation email.
Can they select any available barber?
Yes. “Any available” offers the times when at least one barber who does that service is available, and the booking is placed on that barber's column. You can move it to another chair before the visit.
How are combined services timed?
Two ways. A combined service such as “Skin fade + beard trim” has its own duration and price. Or the client adds two services to one appointment and the durations add up. In both cases the client sees one time and one total.
Can walk-ins be recorded manually?
Yes. Add a visit in the day view, with a client's name or without one, mark it done and record the payment. It counts in reports and in settlements like any other visit.
What about a full day or no-shows?
A waitlist fills a cancelled slot, and your cancellation and deposit rules are shown to the client before they book.
