Keep short appointments and client preferences organized.
Brow work is short services combined into one visit, for clients who come back with the same preferences. Maestira books the combination as one appointment, keeps the preferences where you see them, and lets you finish a visit without a form every time.

Small services, kept together.
Combinations as one appointment
Shape, tint and lamination as three services the client adds to one booking, or as a combined service with its own price. Either way: one time, one total, one visit record.
Durations that add up honestly
Twenty plus fifteen plus forty-five blocks one hour twenty, not two hours. The calendar shows the real gaps between short visits.
Preferences, not a form every time
A form is attached to a service if you want one, filled once and kept. Preferences are notes on the card: arch, tint depth, what to avoid. You see them at the booking and at the chair.
A quick finish
A result photo or a reference she sent is optional and linked to the visit. Finishing is result, payment record and next appointment; no mandatory fields.
Services, durations and booking modes
Example services with durations and prices. A starting point you change, not a recommendation. Your services, durations and prices are your own; a client only ever sees what you set.
Booking example: “Shape + tint” is a combined service with its own price. “Lamination” added to it is a second service in the same appointment. Both ways work; the client sees one time and one total.
On your own, in a salon, or with lashes next door.
Your own business, your own chair
Home, a rented chair in a salon or two places in one week: your calendar, your clients, your preferences notes. Chair rent you owe is recorded in your workspace.
For independent professionals →A brow and lash studio with a team
Services assigned to the people who offer them, one shared day, and each visit traceable to whoever did it.
How each line is calculated: team and rental settlements.
For salons and studios →Lashes, brows, and whatever comes next
A business can have several specialties. Lash services sit on the same menu with their own durations and rules; makeup or skin services can be added later.
Lash techs →Bring your clients and upcoming appointments.
Import from a spreadsheet or an export, match the columns, check the preview and start on a day you choose. Nothing is saved until you confirm, and the import sends no message to your clients. Imported upcoming appointments get Maestira email reminders from your switch day, not before, so clients are not reminded by two tools.
Usually comes across
- Clients from a contact list or spreadsheet, with notes
- Services with durations
- Upcoming appointments
Depends on your source
- Preferences, if your old tool had them as notes
- The photos and documents your business is allowed to keep
- Past visits
A brow business often has no export at all. A contact list is enough for the import, your menu is a handful of services you enter once, and preferences can be added as clients come in. Nothing requires a form, a resource or a team before your first booking.
How import, the preview and the switch day work: move your clients and bookings over.
Sixty days to decide. A clear price after.
What you pay depends only on your plan and how many people clients can book. Maestira is €29 per month + VAT, and the base price includes one bookable professional: you, or the first person on your own team whom clients can book. Each additional professional clients can book adds €9 per month. Receptionists and administrators who are not booked for services, rooms and equipment are not counted.
Maestira AI will be €49 for the first professional and €9 for each additional one, once its usage terms are published; it is not sold yet.
The 60-day trial covers Maestira without AI. No card, no automatic charge. It starts only when you choose to start taking real bookings in Maestira, not when you sign up, set up or import.
Email confirmations and reminders are included. SMS and WhatsApp are paid from a separate balance with the rate shown before you send. Maestira takes no commission on your bookings.

Questions
Can services be combined?
Yes. The client adds several short services to one appointment and the time and price add up, or you offer a combined service with its own duration and price. Both produce one visit record.
Do I need to fill a large client form every time?
No. A form is optional, attached to a service if you want one, filled once and kept on the client's card. Preferences are plain notes, and a missing form shows up in your unfinished work rather than blocking the visit.
Can I add another specialty later?
Yes. Lashes, makeup or skin services can be added to the same workspace, each with its own durations and booking rules. Brows are their own specialty here; nothing is folded into lashes.
What can I import?
Clients from a contact list or a spreadsheet, services with durations and upcoming appointments. Notes and files come across where your export has them.

Patch tests: whose rule it actually is, and why a waiver will not help
The answer to "do I need to patch test" is not yours to give and not the client’s to waive. Where the requirement really comes from, what it has to do with your insurance, and what a signed refusal does and does not do.
Why clients do not come back — even the happy ones
The most expensive client is the one who came once, liked the work and vanished. The reason is almost never the work. Four things bring people back, and none of them involves a discount.
Building a clientele from zero in a city where nobody knows you
The channels that work at the start and the channels that work later are different ones. Most advice describes the second kind. Here is the sequence for when you have no reviews, no referrals and no local reputation.
