Consultation first, per service
Mark a service as “after a consultation” and the booking page offers the consultation before it. Other services stay direct. For example, a device-based facial; you decide which.

Rooms and devices are resources. An appointment reserves them with your time, so a device two services share cannot be booked twice at once.
Session plans
Related visits over time, linked, whether paid per visit or from a package. A plan is not a package: one is the sequence, the other is the prepaid balance.
Maestira records what you decide. It does not diagnose, select treatments, set device parameters or decide who is eligible. That stays with you and the rules you work under.

What you pay depends only on your plan and how many people clients can book. Maestira is €29 per month + VAT, and the base price includes one bookable professional: you, or the first person on your own team whom clients can book. Each additional professional clients can book adds €9 per month. Receptionists and administrators who are not booked for services, rooms and equipment are not counted.
Maestira AI will be €49 for the first professional and €9 for each additional one, once its usage terms are published; it is not sold yet.
The 60-day trial covers Maestira without AI. No card, no automatic charge. It starts only when you choose to start taking real bookings in Maestira, not when you sign up, set up or import.
Email confirmations and reminders are included. SMS and WhatsApp are paid from a separate balance with the rate shown before you send. Maestira takes no commission on your bookings.

Questions
Can I start with a consultation?
Yes. Any service can be set to “after a consultation”, and the booking page offers the consultation before it. You book the agreed service afterwards, with the consultation note on the client's record.
Are photos optional and private?
Both. No service requires a photo. A photo you take is stored once, linked to the visit or client and visible only to the people in your business you allow.
Can equipment be reserved?
Yes. Rooms and devices are resources reserved by the appointment together with your time. Two services that need the same device cannot overlap, and a service can require a room and a device at once.
Can I offer body services too?
Yes, in the same workspace. Body treatments have their own page covering areas, equipment and session plans.
