What removal work needs

Consultation, area, sequence, device.

Consultation

Sessions can be bookable only after a consultation, and the consultation note sits on the project.

Area

A project can hold several areas, each with its own sequence, size and notes.

Session and project history

Sessions are appointments linked in order on a private project. Paying per session is fine; a package is optional and stays separate from the sequence.

Resources

The device and the room are reserved with the appointment. One device shared by several professionals has one calendar.

Separately curated portfolio

Project photos are private. If you publish before-and-after work, it is a separate, explicit action with the appropriate permission, never automatic.

Maestira keeps the sequence, not the clinical judgment: it does not estimate how many sessions a removal needs, set device parameters or decide eligibility.

Booking example: Sessions are paid one at a time unless the client buys a package. Either way the project keeps the sequence; the package only changes how a session is paid.

Start with what you have

Bring your clients and upcoming appointments.

Import from a spreadsheet or an export, match the columns, check the preview and start on a day you choose. Nothing is saved until you confirm, and the import sends no message to your clients. Imported upcoming appointments get Maestira email reminders from your switch day, not before, so clients are not reminded by two tools.

Where the export does not say which earlier sessions a booking belongs to, the session arrives unlinked and flagged. You link it, or leave it unlinked. Maestira does not guess the sequence.

Price and access

Sixty days to decide. A clear price after.

What you pay depends only on your plan and how many people clients can book. Maestira is €29 per month + VAT, and the base price includes one bookable professional: you, or the first person on your own team whom clients can book. Each additional professional clients can book adds €9 per month. Receptionists and administrators who are not booked for services, rooms and equipment are not counted.

Maestira AI will be €49 for the first professional and €9 for each additional one, once its usage terms are published; it is not sold yet.

The 60-day trial covers Maestira without AI. No card, no automatic charge. It starts only when you choose to start taking real bookings in Maestira, not when you sign up, set up or import.

Email confirmations and reminders are included. SMS and WhatsApp are paid from a separate balance with the rate shown before you send. Maestira takes no commission on your bookings.

Questions

Can I record multiple areas?

Yes. A project can hold several areas, each with its own size, sequence, notes and photos, for the same client.

Can photos remain private?

Yes. Project photos are visible only to the people in your business you allow, and nothing is published unless you publish it.

Can I track sessions without a prepaid package?

Yes. The sequence lives on the project, and each session can be paid on its own. A package is optional and changes only how a session is paid.

Can different professionals share authorized context?

Yes, within one business. The project history is visible to the professionals you authorize, so the next session can be done by a colleague with the notes at hand. Records from another business are not exposed; permissions decide, not the building.
