Keep areas, appointments and sessions organized.
Hair removal is booked by area, and the areas add up. Maestira lets a client choose a combination, works out the time and price, finds a professional and a device that can do it, and keeps each area's session history for the next visit. Waxing, sugaring and device-based removal on one menu.

The selection sets the time; the history is per area.
A returning laser client chooses her areas. The booking finds a professional and the device, and at the visit each area shows its own history.

One area from her package, two paid today, and the next visit booked. The record shows all three.
Areas that add up, equipment that is never double-booked.
Areas and combinations
Each area is a bookable choice with its own time and price. A client combines them in one appointment and sees one total: the sum, or a bundle price you set.
Duration follows the selection
Three areas block the time of three areas. The calendar never offers a slot too short for what was chosen.
The right professional and device
Device-based services are assigned to the professionals who offer them and reserve the device as a resource. Waxing needs none of that, and is booked with any professional who offers it.
Session history per area
The visit records which areas were done, so each area has its own count and notes. The next visit opens with that history, not a general log.
Consultation when you require it
Set device-based services to “after a consultation”; leave waxing and sugaring direct. Per service, your choice.
Maestira schedules and records. It does not decide eligibility, device settings or how many sessions anyone needs.
Services, durations and booking modes
Example services with durations and prices. A starting point you change, not a recommendation. Your services, durations and prices are your own; a client only ever sees what you set.
Booking example: Waxing areas book directly with anyone who offers them. Laser areas are “after a consultation”: the booking page offers the consultation first, and once it is recorded you book the sessions, each reserving the device.
A waxing room, or a studio with two devices.
Your own room, waxing or sugaring
Your calendar, your clients, your packages. Room rent you owe is recorded in your workspace; the studio does not need to join.
For independent professionals →A studio with several professionals and devices
Services assigned per professional (only some do laser), devices as shared resources, and earnings per visit calculated from the work and the agreed rule.
How each line is calculated: team and rental settlements.
For salons and studios →A studio renting rooms and device time
Rooms and device hours rented to independent professionals, occupancy visible, rental terms per renter. Renters are not counted in your price.
For rental studios →Bring your clients and upcoming appointments.
Import from a spreadsheet or an export, match the columns, check the preview and start on a day you choose. Nothing is saved until you confirm, and the import sends no message to your clients. Imported upcoming appointments get Maestira email reminders from your switch day, not before, so clients are not reminded by two tools.
Usually comes across
- Clients
- Services and areas, sometimes as separate services, sometimes as one
- Upcoming appointments
- Team and resources, matched to yours
Depends on your source
- Session history per area, if your export has it
- Package balances, as opening balances for review
- Consultation records, as notes or files
Packages are common here, and the remaining count is what clients argue about. Each imported balance shows as unverified in the client card, with its source and date, until you confirm it against your old records. It can be used before then, and the label stays until you decide.
How import, the preview and the switch day work: move your clients and bookings over.
Sixty days to decide. A clear price after.
What you pay depends only on your plan and how many people clients can book. Maestira is €29 per month + VAT, and the base price includes one bookable professional: you, or the first person on your own team whom clients can book. Each additional professional clients can book adds €9 per month. Receptionists and administrators who are not booked for services, rooms and equipment are not counted.
Maestira AI will be €49 for the first professional and €9 for each additional one, once its usage terms are published; it is not sold yet.
The 60-day trial covers Maestira without AI. No card, no automatic charge. It starts only when you choose to start taking real bookings in Maestira, not when you sign up, set up or import.
Email confirmations and reminders are included. SMS and WhatsApp are paid from a separate balance with the rate shown before you send. Maestira takes no commission on your bookings.
Full pricing with team examples on the pricing page.
Questions
Can clients choose several areas?
Yes. Areas are choices on the booking. A client picks as many as she wants, in one appointment, and sees one time and one total before confirming.
Can duration depend on the selection?
Yes. Each area has its own duration; the appointment adds them up, or uses a bundle duration you set. The calendar blocks the full time.
Can a new client consult first?
Yes. Mark device-based services as “after a consultation” and the booking page offers the consultation before them. Waxing and sugaring can stay direct on the same menu.
Can I bring existing packages?
Yes. Remaining sessions or value come in as opening balances, kept apart from what is recorded in Maestira until you confirm them.

Deposits and no-shows: how prepayment changes behaviour, and why
A no-show costs more than the service, because what is lost is the slot. But a deposit only fixes one of the four reasons people fail to turn up — and introduced in the wrong order it punishes your best clients.
The consultation form: what it is actually for, and how a signed one can work against you
Most consultation forms are copied from somewhere and filed unread. The three separate jobs the sheet is doing, why a signature is weaker protection than people assume, and what earns its place on the page.
Raising your prices without losing your clients
The decision gets postponed for years, and rarely because of the arithmetic. Here is when it was already overdue, how to announce it, and who genuinely leaves afterwards.
Every area, every session, in one book.
