Keep your space, schedules and rental payments in order.
Rooms and chairs with their occupancy, the rental terms of each professional who uses them, and a clear paid or outstanding state, without taking over anyone's client records.
We will email you when access opens. Your 60-day trial starts only when you choose to start taking real bookings in Maestira. One room, several professionals, one calendar.
Each room, chair and device is a resource with its own calendar. A standing reservation, a one-day booking and your own staff's appointments all take their place on it, so you see what is taken, what is free and under which terms.

Three professionals, three agreements, one room. The studio sees that the room is taken and on what terms. It does not see who their clients are. Rates are this example's, not defaults.
Standing reservations and single days, on the same calendar.
Recurring
Dana has Room 2 every Monday and Wednesday. The reservation repeats, the rent accrues per period, and a change to her days or rate applies from the date you set.
One-off
Omar books Tuesday for four hours this week only. The rent is calculated from the recorded hours at his rate, and the reservation ends with the day.
Fixed, by time, or a simple percentage.
Each professional has their own agreement with an effective date. The terms are written down once and applied to every period, and each statement shows the rule that produced it.
Fixed rent
An amount per day, week or month for a chair or a room, whether or not the professional fills it.
Rent by time
A rate per hour or per day applied to recorded use. Good for one-off days and for professionals whose weeks vary.
Simple percentage
A share of an agreed base, such as the professional's services in that period. What the base is, and who records it, are part of the agreement, not guessed from your calendar.
These three come first, and they can be mixed per agreement. Tiered commissions, guaranteed minimums and special exceptions are not promised.
A statement per professional, per period.
Each period, every renter's statement shows what accrued from their reservations and terms, what they paid and when, including advances, and what is outstanding. A payment is recorded with who received it. Maestira records payments; it does not move money.
How a statement is calculated: team and rental settlements.
- DanaRoom 2 · Mon, Wed€0Paid
- OmarRoom 2 · Tue€48Outstanding
- SelinRoom 2 · Thu, Fri€24 credit
A new rate starts on its date. Earlier periods keep theirs.
When you change a rate, a day or a share, the agreement gets a new version from the date you choose. Statements for earlier periods are not recalculated, and the professional can see the revision history when you invite them to. If you close a period and something changes after, it appears as a dated correction in the open period, linked to what it corrects.
Record them. Invite them if you both want. Never see their clients.
Recorded only
A renter can be recorded with their rent and payments and no account: name, terms, reservations and payments on your side. They need no subscription.
Invited to review
You can invite a renter to see their agreement, their reservations and their statements, and nothing else in your workspace.
Running their own business in Maestira
A renter who wants their own calendar and client history buys their own workspace. Linking it to yours shares that the room is taken, if you both agree, and adds nothing to either price. Their clients, payments and history stay in their workspace.
Sharing busy time and sharing client information are two different choices. The first never implies the second.
What a renter's own workspace looks like: independent professionals.
Your own team and your renters, one workspace.
A wellness studio with two massage professionals on its team and an independent body-treatment professional renting Room 3 keeps both in one workspace: the team's appointments and client history on the studio's side, with their earnings calculated under their agreements, and the renter's reservations and rent on hers. The studio pays its team a share and collects rent; it never sees the renter's clients. The same word on the schedule, two different agreements.

Rooms are not paid professionals.
A rental-only studio · €29 per month + VAT
Rooms, chairs, devices, reservations, agreements, statements and the import and export of your records. Rooms, chairs and empty space never add to the price, and renters you only record add nothing.
- The base price includes one bookable professional: you, or the first person on your own team whom clients can book. Each further bookable professional is €9 per month + VAT. Example: you are not booked yourself and two of your staff are: €29 + €9 = €38 per month + VAT.
- 60-day trial of Maestira without AI. No card, no automatic charge. The trial starts only when you choose to start taking real bookings in Maestira, not when you sign up, set up or import.

Questions from studio owners
Do my renters have to buy Maestira?
No. A renter you only record needs no subscription; their reservations, terms and payments live on your side. A renter who wants their own calendar and client history buys their own workspace, and linking it to yours adds nothing to either price.
Whose money is a client's payment?
The renter's clients pay the renter; that is their revenue, and they owe you rent under the agreement. Your own team's clients pay your business. Where the visit happened does not change who the money belongs to.
Can I have managed staff and renters in the same space?
Yes, in one workspace. Your team's appointments, history and earnings are on the studio's side. Each renter's reservations and rent are on theirs. A percentage arrangement alone does not make someone a renter or a team member; the agreement does.
What about equipment?
Devices and beds are resources with their own calendar, like rooms. A reservation or a service can require a device, and a device can be part of a rental agreement. Which professional may use which device is your decision, written into the agreement, not an automatic right.
What do my renters see, and what do I see of them?
A renter you invite sees their agreement, reservations and statements. You see that the room is taken and what is owed. Neither of you sees the other's clients, history or payments beyond the rent itself.
Put the rooms, the terms and the rent in one place.
Request access now. When it opens, set up your rooms and chairs, record each professional's agreement and see the first period's statements. Your renters join only if they want to.
