What you pay depends only on your plan and how many people clients can book. Maestira is €29 per month + VAT, and the base price includes one bookable professional: you, or the first person on your own team whom clients can book. Each additional professional clients can book adds €9 per month. Receptionists and administrators who are not booked for services, rooms and equipment are not counted.
Maestira AI will be €49 for the first professional and €9 for each additional one, once its usage terms are published; it is not sold yet.
The 60-day trial covers Maestira without AI. No card, no automatic charge. It starts only when you choose to start taking real bookings in Maestira, not when you sign up, set up or import.
Email confirmations and reminders are included. SMS and WhatsApp are paid from a separate balance with the rate shown before you send. Maestira takes no commission on your bookings.

Questions
Can a trial appointment be linked to the event?
Yes. The trial appointment and the event day are two appointments on one occasion, with the request, the references and your notes shared between them. This trial appointment is a service you sell; it is unrelated to Maestira's 60-day trial of the software.
Can several people be booked for one occasion?
Yes. Several people on one occasion are separate appointments on it, with one or two artists.
Can I record a different location?
Yes. Each appointment has its own location, studio or an address, shown in your calendar and in the client's confirmation. Travel is agreed per booking; there is no route planning.
Can clients send references?
Yes, with the request. They are stored once, linked to the occasion and private. Publishing any photo to your portfolio is a separate, explicit action with the appropriate permission.
Can I agree details before confirming?
Yes. Event services are requests. You reply with the appointments, the price, the deposit and the location, and nothing is confirmed until the client accepts.
