Maestira
Salons and studios

Keep your team, bookings and settlements together.

One workday for the whole team, every service assigned to a person and a chair or room, and at the end of the period, earnings that trace back to the visits that produced them.

We will email you when access opens. Your 60-day trial starts only when you choose to start taking real bookings in Maestira.
The day

Everyone's day in one calendar, with the chairs and rooms on it.

Requests from your booking link, and bookings you enter from calls or at the front desk, land in one calendar for all professionals, chairs and rooms. The front desk sees the whole day. Each professional sees their own, and the clients they are serving.

Assignment

Each service knows who can do it and what it needs.

One service menu for the salon, with each service assigned to the professionals who perform it and to the resources it needs.

  • Several stylists on the same menu; a service is offered only by the people assigned to it
  • The client picks a specific professional or any available one, per your setting for that service
  • A service can require a chair, a room or a device, reserved with the appointment
  • Variable duration per service, adjustable per client; processing time planned inside the appointment
  • Combined appointments: several services, or two professionals on one client
  • Administrators schedule and take payments without being bookable, and are not counted in the price

Every step of the day, from the request to the settlement: features.

At the chair

The client's history with your salon, for whoever serves her today.

Elif's record holds her visits at this salon, with whichever stylist did them, the notes, the forms and the photos linked to those visits. Whoever is assigned sees what the visit needs. What a stylist did in another business stays there, and a renter's clients are not in this list at all.

Money

Who was paid, who did the work, what the rule says.

A payment is recorded with who received it. For a managed professional the salon receives it, and the professional earns a share or a fixed amount under the agreement on file, from its effective date. The amount is calculated from the visit, the materials and the rule, and each line opens back to the visit.

The amount the share is calculated from: the recorded service price. Materials deducted before the share. No discount. Paid on site, so no provider fee.

One visit, one rule, one line. The assumptions are this salon's configuration, listed next to the number, not a default and not a tax or payroll rule.

Period close

Review, approve, record the payout. Correct in the open, not in the past.

  1. Review

Each professional's lines for the period, with exceptions flagged: a payment still outstanding, a visit without a recorded result, an imported balance still unverified.

  2. Approve

You confirm the period. Its figures are fixed from that moment; a later change to a rule applies from its own date.

  3. Record the payout

What was actually paid, when and how, recorded against the approved amount. Maestira records the payout; it does not move money.

Who sees what

Access follows the role in your business.

Owner or manager

The whole salon: calendar, clients, payments, agreements and settlements.

Administrator at the front desk

The day, the clients and payments for the salon. Not bookable, so not counted.

Professional on your team

Their own schedule and the salon's clients they serve. Each professional can open their own lines and the rule behind them. Nothing from other businesses, and nothing from a renter's workspace.

Being inside the salon's hours does not make a payment the salon's. Who performs, where, who is paid and what was agreed are recorded separately, so a mixed studio does not have to pretend.

Managed team and renters together

A renter in the back room is not a team member, and does not need to be.

Many salons have both: stylists on the team and an independent professional renting a chair or a room. In the same workspace you record the renter with their rent and payments: fixed rent, rent by time or a simple percentage of an agreed base, and what accrued, what was paid and what is outstanding. Their clients and payments are their own and are not in your list. If the renter wants their own calendar and client history, they buy their own workspace; linking the two adds nothing to either price. A percentage alone does not make someone a renter or an employee; the agreement does.

Rooms, chairs, occupancy and rental terms in full: rental studios.

Bringing the salon over

Import the team, the menu and the next weeks. Invite people when you are ready.

Your export or spreadsheet brings clients, services with durations, upcoming appointments with their professional, and your team and resources, matched to the ones you set up or created from the list. Staff do not need to register before you import; you set up the salon, check the preview and invite each person when the day is ready. Package balances and deposits come in as opening balances you confirm. An imported balance is not counted as earned work by itself; a session delivered from it after the switch is counted under your package rule. The import sends nothing to your clients, and imported upcoming appointments get Maestira email reminders from your switch day, not before, so clients are not reminded by two tools. You switch on a day you choose.

Preview, errors and the switch day, step by step: move your clients and bookings over.

Pricing

Priced by your plan and the people clients can book. Nothing else.

Four stylists, one receptionist, three chairs

Four bookable professionals: €29 + 3 × €9 = €56 per month + VAT. The receptionist, the chairs and the treatment room are not counted. €29 for the first professional, €9 for each additional one.

  • Employed and managed staff use the salon's access; they do not buy a subscription of their own.
  • 60-day trial of Maestira without AI. No card, no automatic charge. It starts only when you choose to start taking real bookings in Maestira, not when you sign up, set up or import.
  • Maestira AI for these four: €49 + 3 × €9 = €76 per month + VAT, with one shared AI allowance for the salon. Its usage terms are published before you can buy it.

Questions from salon owners

Do my employees need their own accounts before I can start?

No. You set up the salon, the menu, the resources and the people, import if you want, and check the preview. Each professional is invited when you are ready, and uses access the salon pays for. Nobody on the team buys a subscription.

Do administrators, chairs and rooms cost extra?

No. Only people clients can book count. Receptionists and administrators who are not booked for services, rooms and equipment are not counted. A guest artist who runs their own business at your studio is a renter and is not counted. An artist who serves clients for your studio counts as a professional.

Can I use a percentage for one stylist and a fixed amount for another?

Yes. Each professional has their own agreement with an effective date: a share of a defined amount, a fixed amount, or rent if they are a renter. The amount the share is calculated from is defined too: whether materials and discounts are deducted first, and whether a provider fee is. Each line in a settlement shows the rule it used.

How do packages work in settlements?

A package is sold once and delivered over several visits. Your rule says whether earnings count when it is sold or when each session is delivered, and a delivered session carries who performed it. Every visit shows the client's consumed and remaining balance.

I have an independent renter as well. Do they have to join?

No. A renter you only record needs no subscription. If they want their own calendar and client history, they buy their own workspace, and linking it to yours adds nothing to your price.

Who receives the money for a visit?

Whoever the agreement says. For a managed professional, the salon receives the payment and the professional earns a share or a fixed amount. For a renter, the renter receives their clients' payments and owes rent. A booking inside the salon's hours does not by itself make the payment salon revenue.

What can each person see?

Owners and managers see the whole salon. The front desk sees the day, the clients and payments. A professional sees their own schedule, the clients they serve and their own earnings lines. Nobody sees another business's clients, and a professional's work elsewhere is not in your salon.

What if a stylist disagrees with a line?

Each professional can open their own lines, the visit and the rule behind each one. If something is wrong, you correct the record or make a visible, dated adjustment before approving. After approval, a correction appears as its own linked line in the open period.

What happens when someone leaves?

Their access to the salon's workspace ends, and the salon's history, including their visits and settlements, stays with the salon as an accountable record. Future bookings, deposits and packages are not moved anywhere automatically, and your clients are not invited to follow anyone. A professional who ran their own business alongside keeps that business's records; the salon's records stay with the salon.
