Duration choices on one service
Sixty, seventy-five or ninety minutes as lengths of one service, each with its own price. The menu stays short; the calendar blocks the length chosen.
Rooms
Rooms are resources. An appointment reserves one with your time, and the day can be read by room. Rooms you rent by the hour are set with the hours they are yours.
Client preferences
Pressure, room temperature, music, areas to focus on or avoid: notes on the card you see at the booking and before he walks in. Scoped to your business.
Purchased packages
A package is a prepaid balance of visits or value. Each finished visit consumes from it, the remaining balance is visible, and a package is not a plan.
Rules for long sessions

Working from rented rooms
Your own workspace, your clients and packages, the hours each rented room is yours, and the rent you owe recorded. The studio does not need to be on Maestira; if it is, it records you with your rent and payments, and linking the two adds nothing to either price.

Remaining visits on a package are the figure you most need to be right. Each imported balance is shown as unverified with its source and date; confirm it, or set the right number, before you rely on it. An imported balance is not counted as earned work by itself; a visit delivered from it after the switch is counted under your package rule.

What you pay depends only on your plan and how many people clients can book. Maestira is €29 per month + VAT, and the base price includes one bookable professional: you, or the first person on your own team whom clients can book. Each additional professional clients can book adds €9 per month. Receptionists and administrators who are not booked for services, rooms and equipment are not counted.
Maestira AI will be €49 for the first professional and €9 for each additional one, once its usage terms are published; it is not sold yet.
The 60-day trial covers Maestira without AI. No card, no automatic charge. It starts only when you choose to start taking real bookings in Maestira, not when you sign up, set up or import.
Email confirmations and reminders are included. SMS and WhatsApp are paid from a separate balance with the rate shown before you send. Maestira takes no commission on your bookings.
